We want you to love your pennants, flags, and banners as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard, non-custom shop items. If your order isn't the perfect fit for your space, we'll help you find something that is.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Carefully roll your pennant or flag—never fold it—to prevent permanent creasing, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods at our Buffalo HQ, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
